Directions:
Apply evenly to face and body 20 minutes before sun exposure. A good guide is 1 teaspoon for the face (including ears and neck), each limb, the back, and the front of the body.

Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, towel drying or exercising. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Wear protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses when outdoors.
