I have never had a facial before, what should I book?
Our New Client Health Skin Journey has been created for new clients and is the perfect way to start your journey. You can read more about it here.
What do I need to do before my treatment?
If you are having a skin treatment or waxing service we recommend that you do not use any exfoliating ingredients on the area being treatment for at least 3 days prior to your appointment.
It is also best to avoid sun exposure for 24-48 hours before your appointment.
Please ensure you complete your consultation form and disclose any relevant medical information prior to your appointment.
What do I do if I can no longer make my appointment?
You can edit your booking online and reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time via our online booking platform Ovatu (we recommend downloading the phone app here) or by contacting us directly via phone, email or Instagram DM.

Is there a booking deposit?
All treatments one hour or longer will require a non refundable $50 deposit at time of booking.
You may cancel, reschedule or amend your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time via our online booking platform Ovatu (we recommend downloading the phone app here) or by contacting us directly via phone, email or instagram DM. All reminder emails and messages will be sent 72 hours (3 days) before the time of appointment allowing ample time for any adjustments if necessary.
