Book a skin consultation or First Time Facial at our Bundoora clinic. After your appointment, your therapist will provide you with a password that gives you access to purchase Prologic products directly from our online shop.

We offer flat-rate standard shipping Australia-wide for $15, with signature on delivery.

Trudermal LED Masks and High Frequency Wands ship at a flat rate of $25 due to their size.

All orders over $200 qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout - no code needed.

Prefer to collect in person? Select local pickup at checkout and book your Product Pickup appointment via our online booking system. We're located at 9 Balaka Place, Bundoora VIC 3083.

We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but unopened products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law - and we'll cover return postage in that case.

For all other returns, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. To arrange an exchange or report a faulty item, contact us at hello@canvasskinco.com.au.
